I’m not in Sydney, can we still work together?

Absolutely! Many of my clients aren’t Sydney-based. Zoom meetings, emails and Slack are some of the tools I use to collaborate with my clients.

How long do projects take to complete?

This depends on the size and scale of the project. Approximate timings are outlined in the fee proposal, however we can also work to a timeline that incorporates any key deadlines you may have. This is discussed with you during the fee proposal process.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Being a small business, sometimes a deposit is required depending on the size and scale of the project. This is discussed with you during the fee proposal process.

How are files supplied?

Small files will be emailed to you, large files (including final print files) will be uploaded and sent to you via Dropbox. To release working or layered files, an additional fee may be required.

What are your business hours?

8:30am – 4:30pm AEST Monday to Friday
